The Miswaak – (English) – (PB) TBD

“Introduction
A Miswaak is a Twig used to brush the teeth. It is made from the Arak tree or the Peelu tree. In today’s world, it is considered strange thing. It might sound ancient but till date a majority of Muslim people uses miswaak to brush the teeth. Recent scientific studies have been conducted on the theory that Miswaak is better than tooth pastes in many ways like gum diseases and bad odours. The twig called “”MISWAAK”” is used as an alterative medicine for various diseases. In ancient times, people did not have the facilities to use the toothbrushes or tooth pastes to clean their teeth. Miswaak was the best solution for them to maintain their mouth health. Today, Muslim world prefers miswaak because our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) has instructed us to use miswaak as the purification of the mouth. Therefore, Miswaak usage is considered Sunnat also, Islamic literature has 70 benefits scientifically proved in the usage of miswaak. It is also considered as miracle brush. Although, miswaak usage is not mentioned in the Quraan but Hadith evidence had shown us the importance of miswaak. This book describes the importance of miswaak in a manner that it includes cleaning, purity, relief from bad odour, good health, reward, Sunnat, and one of the most important thing loved by Allah and His Messenger (Pbuh). From this book, one can find out various details of miswaak in the light of Hadith.
