This is a collection of short poems written for children. It is intended to be an alternative to all the poems and rhymes written by western or non-Muslim poets. The subject matter has also been carefully chosen to instill good characteristics in the children while at the same time providing fun and educating them about the language.
It is hoped that Muslim Institutes substitute their western styled text books for such books, which instill good Islâmic values in the child. Instead of teaching the child Little Jack Horner in his formative years, he should be taught Islâm for one and all, etc., and other poems written by Muslim Author Name(s)s. This is a sincere attempt to fill the vacuum in this field. May Allâh aCCept this compilation and make it beneficial for all Muslim children.
