Shipping Policy

ibsbookstore.com has a simple shipping policy for all orders placed on our website, with no exceptions.

1. How soon after I place my order, are my Products shipped?
Orders placed with payment are usually shipped within 1-3 working days & excluding weekends or Holidays. In rare cases, we may take a little longer to ship your order. In case of any delay we will keep you informed.

2. Which shipping agency do you use for your deliveries?
Within India:  Registered Book Post, please track from here.
As per the Indian postal department rule, we can’t send more than 5kg in one package, if the weight of the order is higher then it will be packed in multiple packages. In such cases a preferred courier service can be used to send any weight of a package.

International:  Registered Air Parcel via India Post with Tracking or assorted courier companies – i.e. Aramex/DHL/Fedex etc.

3. What is the transit time for all the orders?
We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Transit time to locations depends on postal service loads, local conditions and a variety of other factors, although we estimate a 2-5 days transit time in most cases within India & 5-12 working days for International destinations.

4. Shipping Quality & Returns
We take tremendous efforts to properly pack the items, all the Books ordered through ibsbookstore.com are individually checked & shrink wrapped to assure its condition & quality. We take care to carefully pack your order to ensure timely and safe delivery.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through India Post due to its vast coverage of maximum pin-codes. But if a customer wishes to bear extra charges we can also ship via our panel of couriers like Blue Dart, FedEx, Aramex, Delhivery, Ecom Express & DTDC. We pick the most reliable (and not necessarily the least expensive) shipping partner to each location.

We request you to place mindful orders because returns are not accepted for any item or orders, however, if you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please Contact Us or send us an email at domestic@ibsbookstore.com (Monday to Saturday between 9 am to 6 pm).
